Apprenticeships represent the Atelier’s informal talent pathway.

As exceptional Salon guests and Collegium students emerge through Arcata’s many offerings, the Atelier may introduce them to aligned junior opportunities with trusted partners such as sponsors, vendors, parlors, and other organizations within the Arcata ecosystem.

Apprenticeships are not a recruiting service or a hiring agency; it is simply the natural capstone of Arcata’s mission. If extraordinary people of goodwill consistently earn the right to access opportunities, Arcata is honored to be a part of ensuring that their time and talent may be directed towards personal and communal flourishing.
